Soul - Psihi
A ‘dream within a dream’ work, with symbolism being the dominant element. The wall is TIME, relentless in its path. In ancient Greek mythology time was personified in God Saturn who ate his children, in a symbolic representation of how time consumes humans. So the wall is formed through frozen time, personified by the repeated forms of the student, trapped in the man-made stereotypes. In a different time dimension, the forms move in opposite directions to the soul, symbolized by the book as the only way out. The book itself is the symbol of the soul, with the red being the passion and tension of this inner path.
